Manager Start Up Boot Camp
The purpose of this training program is to prepare and on-board new managers into the world of management. We instill a solid foundation of hands-on, progressive and traditional management fundamentals that will serve managers throughout their career. Note: all of our training involves coaching and consultations at a depth beyond traditional training.
In this program managers will gain deep understanding of their purpose and their role. They will become intimately familiar with the opportunity to make a difference as manager. Managers will learn how to consistently reduce tension, conflict and dissonance and remain composed. They will know how to create the daily progress that builds long-term momentum.
Managers will learn the importance of “environment,” and how to create an environment that enables employees to engage with their full self….
Managers will gain the mindset, the skill set, and the tool set to facilitate their own success and the success of others. Our average manager participant in this program improves in performance by over 50%.

The typical structure of this program is two days live at your location, in person, fast-paced, dynamic interaction with your managers. We engage in a collaborative learning effort. Study guides, handouts and Brian’s books are included.
Magnetic Performance Program
This program is designed to make exceptional performance “sticky” and magnetic throughout the management team. We instill new approaches by working closely with your managers to identify and reduce low-yield/high effort activities (both managerial and personal) and cultivate new, improved approaches that address the root causes of turmoil, petty conflict and tension. We provide solutions to turnover, tension and conflict….rather than mere treatments.
Managers will build the skills to analyze their actions constructively. They will learn to recognize what is working, what is not working, what is too much effort for the outcome received and what to stop doing. Managers will learn to pivot their energy and effort in new, more productive directions. They will learn to shift in real time before things go from bad to worse. Thus, regaining the power of being a manager. Managers will be empowered to dramatically reduce problems and conflict. The average manager improves dramatically, feeling 50% stronger in their management role over a longer period.
The typical structure of this program is 10 days. This includes an introductory inspirational video delivered prior to the three days of in-person, dynamic interaction with your managers on site at your location. We follow up with virtual and telephone progress updates and a return, onsite wrap-up consultation that totals 10 days.
We also offer free introductory workshops to allow clients to experience the impact of working with us.
