You facial expression, your stride and your mood reflect your demeanor, how you feel. Acting different from how you feel may help.
How you feel reflects how you think, which influences how you act. All three are interconnected and when you change one, it influences the others. Or when one is down it pulls the others down.
When you find yourself in a slump start with the easiest one, the one that comes the most natural and the one that works the fastest to shift your energy and give you a turnaround.
Try this and see what happens:
Act differently to how you feel. This is the most conscious and most natural control we have. Taking a walk, commanding your body into a new language is easier than to try and change thinking or emotions. Usually emotions and thinking follow the body. Focus on acting and watch you mood and thinking improve.
This puts you in control and as we all know real control begins with Self.
