Holiday is a time to Believe. It’s all well and good to believe in the magic of the Season. But looking to the future do you believe strongly enough to become more and create more in 2016?
Pragmatic believing is based on action that will ensure your belief is not just a wish list. It’s tricky. You have to believe enough to take action and then trust that you can create results.
Along the way obstacles, setbacks and biases may challenge your believing. It helps to have reassurances.
For encouragement and inspiration I usually read the stories of those who have done it. Howard Schultz, Sara Blakely and Jeff Bezos are a few examples. In fact, 68% of the 400 Americans on the Forbes 2013 “billionaire list” are considered “self-made” billionaires. Meaning they built rather than inherited their success.
