Brian Braudis’ 1-Minute Morning Memo: March 12, 2018 – Evaluate

EvaluateThis week we saw Fred Rogers celebrated and got a taste of the new documentary about his life and his mission to make “good” attractive. Let’s evaluate what this means…………..

We also heard from Steve Bannon again and his mission to divide.

I am not suggesting you choose. That’s the stuff of schoolyards. I am asking you to evaluate. You are smart and professional. You’ve been around. Evaluate both of these missions on their own merit.

Evaluate:

Out of these two men with a mission who do you think is happier?

Who seems most secure in Self?

Which one of these missions is adding to our collective purpose to make a better world?

Some say Steve Bannon is necessary in the 21st century and Fred Rogers is old fashioned or quaint.

I would only recommend that you consider each alternative. How would you feel about your child or grandchild, niece or nephew going to the prom, dating or marrying someone that follows either of these alternatives?

Evaluation supersedes any mission. The mission is secondary. It is primary what you as an individual think. It’s a trap to believe that your circumstances create your experience.

Steve Bannon would love for you to believe that he influences your circumstances and creates your experience, but that’s not true.

Your thoughts and ideas create your experience and when you evaluate both Fred Rogers and Steve Bannon you can see with crystal clarity what they are thinking.

Fortunately for the world we are in control.

The soul becomes dyed with the colour of its thoughts.
