Brian Braudis’ 1-Minute Morning Memo: July 29, 2013

It is human nature to do the bare minimum. We want to develop our full potential but the path of least resistance is so easy, right there. We need a Push to not let inertia prevail.

The initiative to step up and stretch toward a higher contribution, a higher worth, and even a higher confidence is always present but without a catalyst or a push it may not happen.

In Nature catalysts are well known. Adult eagles provide the catalyst of a push to get eaglets to fly for the first time. Wood ducks typically build their nest directly over water so when the hen shoves the chicks out of the nest for their first flight they have the cushion affect of water. These catalysts or extra efforts to move past the least resistance path are built in–part of the plan to get past inertia.

How are you pushing yourself? Do you need a catalyst? Are you modeling growth, confidence, higher worth and higher contribution to your team? Read Brian’s book..

If not you, who? If not now, when? Read more here….
