An Abundance Mentality cultivates freedom and internal space relieving pressure, giving you permission to take risks and explore what is possible.
But don’t be fooled. Adopting an this mentality is an upstream swim in our mass culture & society that is tightly focused on scarcity. Scarcity-based worry is a leading cause of fear, anxiety and desperation…all “downward spiral” roadblocks that are impossible to overcome because they’re not real. Real problems have solutions.
Remember Abundance doesn’t always mean more things….deeper. Abundant training means Masterful.
Here are 4 ways to encourage an Abundance Thinking.
- Look for the Abundance not the lack. What you focus on has a way of showing up.
- Appreciate what you have. An “attitude of gratitude” can flip a sour mood in seconds and help you shift to what is possible.
- Share. This doesn’t have to be costly. Give someone you know an Abundance compliment.
- Recognize when you are slipping back to scarcity. Read to fuel Abundance. Take lessons from others who are models of Abundance. Find what it means for you and create your own principles to live by. Develop it Here..
Don’t allow your thoughts to drift toward scarcity and fear. Aim them toward Abundance.
